Анотація

Морські мікроорганізми мають унікальні метаболічні та фізіологічні особливості і є важливим джерелом нових біомолекул, зокрема, таких як поверхнево-активні речовини (Біо-ПАР). Низькомолекулярні біосурфактанти представлені гліколіпідами, фосфоліпідами, жирними кислотами, ліпопептидами та ліпопротеїдами, а високомолекулярні – сумішами гетерополіцукридів, ліпополіцукридів, ліпопротеїдів та білків. Основні роди бактерій, які виробляють Біо-ПАР це Pseudomonas, Bacillus, Acinetobacter, Antarctobacter, Rhodococcus, Halomonas, Alcanivorax, Pseudoalteromonas та Marinobacter. У огляді розглядаються структура та функції Біо-ПАР, виділених з морських мікроорганізмів.
