БІОСУРФАКТАНТИ МОРСЬКИХ МІКРООРГАНІЗМІВ: ІІІ. ЗАСТОСУВАННЯ У ПРОМИСЛОВИХ ТЕХНОЛОГІЯХ

Поверхнево-активні речовини (ПАР) та емульгатори завдяки здатності зменшувати міжфазне натягнення широко використовуються у різних галузях промисловості. Більшість ПАР, що застосовуються сьогодні, виробляється з невідновлюваних нафтохімічних сировинних ресурсів та є небезпечними для живих істот і довкілля. Біосурфактанти (Біо-ПАР) синтезуються мікроорганізмами з відновлюваних сировинних ресурсів, зокрема, з відходів харчової промисловості, є перспективною альтернативою хімічнім ПАР завдяки їх біологічній трансформації та екологічності. Перевагами Біо-ПАР, що продукуються представниками морської мікробіоти, є, що вони проявляють свою активність в широкому діапазоні температур, рН та солоності. Показано, що ці біосурфактанти крім поверхнево-активних властивостей часто чинять також інші види активності: антимікробну, протибіоплівкову, антиоксидантну. Встановлено, що біосурфактанти морських мікроорганізмів можуть широко використовуватися у таких галузях, як виробництво засобів гігієни, фармацевтиці, косметології, харчовій промисловості, сільському господарстві, біоремедіації, нафтовидобуванні.
