ВПЛИВ АКТИНОБАКТЕРІЙ НА АДАПТАЦІЮ ДО УМОВ EX VITRO ТА РІСТ МІКРОКЛОНОВАНИХ РОСЛИН RUBUS FRUTICOSUS L.

Анотація

Мікроклонування є ефективним методом репродукції рослин, що активно розвивається в Україні для оздоровлення та масового розмноження таких цінних рослин, як Ожина звичайна. Проте, на стадії адаптації мікроклонованих рослин до умов ex vitro часто виникає проблема втрати великої кількості мікроклонів. Інокуляція ризосфери таких рослин потенційно корисними мікроорганізмами може позитивно вплинути на приживлюваність та зовнішні характеристики адаптованих саджанців. Метою даного дослідження було визначити вплив ізолятів морських актинобактерій на мікроклоновані рослини Ожини звичайної під час адаптації до умов ex vitro та встановити ріст-стимулювальний і захисний потенціал даних бактерій для рослин. Методи. У дослідженні використовували міцеліальні актинобактерії, ізольовані із зразків обростань природного черепашнику і бетонних поверхонь, зібраних в Одеській затоці Чорного моря та Куяльницькому лимані. Визначення антагоністичної активності дослідних мікроорганізмів проводили методом агарових блоків, і здійснювали інокуляцію коренів мікроклонів Ожини звичайної суспензіями бактерій перед висадкою у ґрунт. Результати. Встановлено наявність антагоністичних властивостей дослідних бактерій до фітопатогенних грибів P. expansum, P. variotii, A. niger, C. cladosporioides, F. oxysporum, A. alternata, R. cerealis та A. tenuissima. Виявлено позитивний вплив бактерій на мікроклоновані рослини ожини під час адаптації до умов ex vitro: підвищення приживлюваності мікроклонів у ґрунті до 34,8%, середньої висоти новоутворених пагонів дослідних рослин – до 2,0 см, кількості вузлів – до 3,4 вузлів, площі листа – до 0,4 см2. Висновок. Ізоляти міцеліальних актинобактерій Lim4, Myt7ch, Conc32, Conc4 є перспективними для інокуляції мікроклонованих рослин на етапі адаптації до умов ex vitro і можуть бути рекомендовані для подальших досліджень з метою встановлення конкретних механізмів взаємодії даних бактерій та рослин.
