Анотація

Охарактеризовано біологічні особливості, патогенез, методи виявлення, ідентифікації та контролю грибів роду Fusarium, що здатні викликати захворювання у рослин різних видів, зокрема ячменю та пшениці. Наведено інформацію про основні мікотоксини, що синтезують фузарії, а також способи зниження їх концентрації в ураженому зерні. Наголошено на необхідності розробки та впровадження біотехнологічних методів контролю збудників фузаріозу.
