Анотація

В останні роки велика увага приділяється біологічно активним добавкам – «пребіотикам», що вибірково стимулюють ріст і метаболічну активність пробіотичних мікроорганізмів, і тим самим здійснюють за гальну позитивну дію на макроорганізм в цілому. Даний огляд висвітлює сучасний стан питання про пребіотики вуглеводної природи, їх вплив на стан макроорганізму. У роботі знайшли своє відображення лише ті види пребіотічних препаратів, які отримали офіційне визнання на підставі доклінічних і клінічних досліджень. Показано, що в даний час «пребіотичний» напрям у медицині, ветеринарії та харчовій промисловості інтенсивно розвивається. У сучасній стратегії корекції дисбактеріозу кишечника провідна роль відводиться препаратам – пребіотикам. Водночас, досі залишаються невирішеними питання наукового обґрунтування розробки пребіотиків, що обмежує можливість їх інтенсивного виробництва і використання.
