Ендофітні бактерії, які колонізують тканини рослин бамбуків підродини Bambusoideae (Бамбукові) ізольовано та ідентифіковано шляхом аналізу нуклеотидного складу фрагментів rrs-генів (генів 16S рДНК), що ампліфікували як з тканин рослин, так і з виділених колоній культур ендофітів. Виділено 74 штами мікроорганізмів, із яких 47 віднесено до родин Bacillaceae, Mycobacteriaceae, Paenibacillaceae і Microbacteriaceae та родів Agrobacterium/Rhizobium, Burkholderia, Pseudomonas, Leifsonia, Achromobacter і Acinetobacter.
